Terms of Use Badminton and Tennis Courts

1.Please make reservations and complete payment before using the facilities.

2.Mahidol University students, staff, and their families are required to present a university identification card and proof of payment each time before accessing the facilities.

3.General public are required to present a national identification card and proof of payment each time before accessing the facilities.

4.The reserves the right to apply a higher rate in situations where individuals accompany a booking made under the preferential rates for students or staff of Mahidol University.

5.The reserves the right to deny refunds under all circumstances, except in the event that the court becomes unavailable due to inclement weather (e.g., rainfall) or a power outage. Under such exceptional conditions, users must contact staff to obtain a refund request form to initiate the process. Specifically for tennis courts, a refund will be issued only if rain intervenes within the first 30 minutes of play.
